Happy February!
It's a new month and February always gets me in the mood for L O V E.
But I'm not just talking about the romance/sexy time love - I mean its time to love yourself, and practice self-care which is something I know SO many don't do. One thing I'm learning on this pregnancy journey is that our bodies are freaking AMAZING!! But so many of us fail to see that and instead, we scrutinize and pick ourselves apart instead of honoring and loving our bodies for all the good they do for us.
That is why I'm SUPER excited to announce my 7-Day Self-Love Health and Fitness Challenge!
This challenge is going to focus on loving your body and taking care of numero uno FIRST: YOU, my friend! There will be a meal plan that you can customize full of yummy, healthy recipes, a workout program that you can stream from home, daily posts for motivation and accountability, as well as access to our private support & accountability group!
To give you an idea of the type of results you can expect, one of my challengers actually lost 7 lbs in one of my past 7 day challenges, so this group can you some LEGIT results if you just stick to the plan!!

Here's how it works:
Everything is going down in our private Facebook support and accountability group
I will get you set with a FREE membership to Team Beachbody so you can access the workouts and nutrition plan for the week
Each day you'll do your workout, then snap a sweaty selfie for accountability, and post it in our private group! This is where the support and community come into play!
We will have daily posts that give you tips revolved around self love, nutrition and making yourself a priority!
At the end, you can decide if continuing on to our monthlong February Challenge is for you! If so, we'll convert your free trial into an actual membership, enroll you in our Challenge, help you figure out your first fitness and nutrition program, and hit the ground running!

These challenges have changed EVERY aspect of my life and it's my favorite thing to pay forward and help other women get started on their goals using these amazing programs too!
