Before you make it a lifestyle, make it a WEEK.

As you all know, I'm just 7 weeks out from having my baby boy Callen. And after those first few weeks of figuring out what the hell I was doing as a mom, I realized I was missing something: I needed to not just put all my energy into taking care of him, but I needed to take care of ME as well. Any other moms out there feel me on this?? We want to do the BEST we can for our kids, but I truly believe that in order to do that, you need to be putting in the time to take care of you.

I know how difficult that can be for some of us. Whether you're a mom or not doesn't matter - it is SO easy to let life and other priorities take the front seat. But I seriously believe that when you put in the effort to eat right, exercise for just 30 minutes a day and give a shit about your health, its a catalyst to everything else in your life.

  • You'll be a better wife, mom, sister, friend

  • You'll be more productive and get more done in your day

  • Your mood will improve which impacts everyone around you

  • You'll have more energy to do the things you want and NEED to do

  • You'll be setting a good example for those around you - ESPECIALLY your kiddos!

Do I need to keep going?? I know how hard it can be to just START. So instead of trying to go all in at once and over-commit, why not start with just a WEEK?

That's why I'm hosting my monthly CLEAN WEEK Challenge - this group is one week long and will show you just how easy it can be to make the right choices for your health and give you the confidence to KEEP GOING.
