As coaches, you don't need to reinvent the wheel. These scripts are what I use to talk with people about coaching, challenge groups, etc. and it has worked for me since January 2013 since I have been a coach! I don't want you to go through the growing pains I went through when talking with people, so please utilize these scripts when you get going. Of course remember to make them your own and make them sound like you, but these are going to help a lot in getting you going as a coach!
